I apologize for Hijacking your Blog Post. All this nonsense just takes away from the real issue at hand.
I have noticed everything from Flags at half mast to veterans organizing motorcycle rides in honor of those murdered at fort hood.
My question is why do the Fort Hood casualties get more attention than all of those coming home from the middle east...

Everyone knows that for emergencies you dial 911. However, it would be helpful to post the non-emergency phone number for BPD on the frontpage for normal and after hours. Meaning a number that is answered by a live person when called.
